What's Included in all our Done for You Plans?

FULL BOOKKEEPING

We will download and categorize all your business banking transactions into industry-specific taxable categories. At the end of each month, we will reconcile your bank accounts to ensure accuracy and eliminate any duplicate or missing transactions.

RECORD OWNER DISTRIBUTIONS & CONTRIBUTIONS

If you occasionally make personal purchases from your business account, we will accurately record them in your books. Additionally, we will ensure proper tracking of any funds you invest into your business.

RECORD LIABILITIES & PAYMENTS

We will accurately record all business loans and credit card transactions, ensuring that any payments made are properly applied. This guarantees that your account balances are correctly reflected on your Balance Sheet.

IMPORT DATA FROM THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS

If you use a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe, Square, etc.), we will ensure that the data is imported into QuickBooks Online and that any associated merchant fees are accurately recorded.

RECORD BUSINESS ASSETS

We will accurately record large purchases, such as equipment or furniture, ensuring they are properly reflected as business assets on your Balance Sheet.

FINANCIAL REPORTS

We’ll send your financial reports directly to your inbox, complete with tailored business highlights to help you track growth. Important notes, like upcoming Quarterly Estimated Tax deadlines and W9 reminders for contractors, will be included to ensure compliance
